Destination Wedding Photographer: My LAX Visit

I really had no business in LAX but to visit my niece who studies at Chapman University. Then it occurred to me, since I desperately needed a change in scenery, and I needed some new and different material, although funny at the time, I thought...why not have her model a wedding dress for me? Then as time went by, the idea seemed to get better and better everyday. What the heck? I might as well. I thought of different unique places to shoot and ended up with the idea of Newport Beach and the Disney Concert Hall. Although beautiful and enchanting, I was honestly getting a little bored with the Arboretum and the Japanese Gardens here in DFW. And railroad tracks just got a little too old for me, and this just seemed like a good idea.

Anyway, along with the whole "Wedding/Bridal Fashion" idea, I knew I'd need some help on equipment, so I asked a friend of my niece to help and got some good practice on a few glamour shots as well. Glamour isn't my strong point, but since I've picked up a few things here and there in the past few weeks, I might as well give it a shot again.

Anyway, although we encountered the usual Los Angeles traffic (we spent more time on the road than we did with the shoot)...we had a great time. Granted it was too short, but I guess its just something to look forward to on my next visit.

Well, here I present to you, my beautiful niece Gabriella Bruno and her lovely friend Talia Moreta. Thank you ladies!
